What To Expect
We are a small family company located right here in California, but we understand business needs. As a restaurant owner, you can expect our techs to be on time, knowledgeable, and efficient so you can resume business. Job completion takes around 3-4 hours. Certified with an NFPA 96 Certification of Performance sticker when completed.
Process

Techs will assess hood, measure, and cut plastic to wrap hood to keep water away from any cooking appliances (trash cans, shims, flashlights).

Techs will set up chemical degreaser, pressure washer (electric low-noise), and various other tools.

Techs will turn off hoods, spray degreaser on FAN, FILTERS, and HOOD, and let soak while scraping any hard-to-remove grease or soot.

Techs will power wash the entire system. Fans and filters ALWAYS included.

Clean up, removal of all materials used during the job, and mop floors.

Use High-Grade Stainless Steel Polish to give you the beautiful, clean look a Kitchen Exhaust System deserves!
